So my supervisor asks me to come speak to him when I finish up with the customer I’m talking to. I figured he wanted to ask me about working email support over the weekend.
Nope. I’ve been instructed to do a write up on how to do support for games in Linux: what questions I would ask to get technical information about their system, how to figure out what version of Linux they’re running, etc.
Very interesting…
